Help improve LD@school resources by sharing quick feedback on the materials you use.

Ontario educators working in publicly funded school boards are invited to complete a short survey about the LD@school resources they access and use.

Each completed survey enters you into a draw to win a $450 technology gift card.

Educators may submit feedback on multiple LD@school resources. Each completed survey counts as one entry into the draw.

To share feedback, simply visit any LD@school resource and click the “Evaluate This Resource” button.

The survey takes approximately 2 minutes to complete.

Eligibility: Open to educators working in publicly funded Ontario school boards.
Draw: One winner will be selected in July 2026.
